  • FOH Compliance Trainer & Systems Coordinator (Londres)

Job Description

As a FOH Compliance Trainer & Systems coordinator you’ll be responsible for the FOH Management, working as part of the Policy and Standards team, taking individual responsibility for supporting system development and working with the IT department with any IT related implementation into the Ground Operations environment.

The FOH Compliance Trainer & Systems coordinator role is responsible for supporting the development of easyJet reservations and check-in systems.

The role also demands responsibility for defining, and building training materials as well as and delivering (Class room) training programmes inclusive of any IT system training to Ground Operations.

You will be responsible for producing business requirements / specifications for on going development of the easyJet Reservations / Check-In system, and other airport-related systems as required.

Also responsible for producing airport training material and documentation relevant to easyJet airport IT systems (e.g. eRes / new airport processes) and ensure periodic updates are made

You will be responsible for the delivery of training (New airports / handling agents / and any General FOH training as required) with specific attention but not limited to IT systems.

You’ll build strong relationships with the IT department and act as the interface between Ground Operations and IT.

  • Head of Developing Markets (Amsterdã)

Job Description

Our Head of Developing Markets is the face and voice of easyJet in our developing markets. This person optimises outbound yield and load factor, provides strong insight and innovative approaches to challenge national and intra -European competitor strategies, and builds easyJet’s reputation and influence in these markets to inform and respond to company strategy.

The person in this role would focus on markets in the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Eastern Europe, Greece and Turkey—We’d prefer to hire someone already living in one of these markets.

This role will require you to spend around 80% of your time in markets progressing key revenue generating initiatives but you’ll also be required to travel to London/Luton.

In this role, you’ll develop and agree a proactive plan for our key markets and you’ll develop, review and optimise trading strategies against key competitors in country. You’ll champion route performance and you’ll help target specific ‘high value’ customers and ensure the business is maximising revenue – identifying business customer initiatives and relevant corporations and TMCs to support delivery of business targets.

Working with our Sales teams, you’ll drive the business passenger portfolio with travel management companies and corporate businesses. You’ll develop and own relationships internally with Operations, Commercial, Airports and Commercial Finance. Alongside the relevant Route Managers, you’ll drive outbound traffic to ensure route profit and performance and you’ll ensure we have the right relationships in the airports and we’re well-informed about competitor activities. You’ll also work closely with our marketing managers to drive plans to tactically promote the routes and stimulate awareness.

You’ll be credible with politicians and leading business bodies in the respective countries as you engage in local lobbying and PR activity.

Finally, you’ll interpret financial, operational, commercial or customer insights to ensure a trading issue is fully understood and that hard hitting actions are taken and constantly reviewed.
